 I am an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor living and working in the Scottish Borders.

Over the years I have worked therapeutically with people of different ages- adults, young people, and primary aged children. I’ve come to realise that when working with adults it’s often their teenage years that have come up as challenging and stressful. Before entering the counselling world I enjoyed working in FE colleges across central Scotland as a Spanish & Italian tutor. Helping my students learn and grow- and be the best they could be- was my favourite aspect of the job!

I have a Diploma in Human Relations and Counselling and am a Registered Member of the BACP.
